Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara (DSPO) is a state-owned polytechnic located in Otefe-Oghara, Delta State, in southern Nigeria. Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara was established by the Delta State Government as one of three state polytechnics distributed across the state\'s senatorial districts, with this institution serving Delta South.
