Best four years of my life — proud alumnus
Graduated three years ago. The academic foundation prepared me well for my Masters abroad and my current job. The combination of strong lecturers, a competitive cohort and the brand of the school opened doors. Worth every kobo.
Strong academics but accommodation is a real problem
The academic side is solid — but the hostel issue stresses me out every session. We fight for bedspace and many end up off-campus paying premium rents. The school knows this is a problem but progress is slow.
Lecturers are mostly experienced — facilities need work
Three years in and I have no regrets about my choice. The lecturers in my faculty know their stuff and are mostly available when you need them. The challenge is infrastructure — the labs need updating and the library is small for the student population. Social life is great, you will make friends for life here.
Reasonable choice for our daughter
My daughter is in her second year. The communication from the school is good, fees are predictable and the campus is secure. We feel comfortable that she is in a serious academic environment.
My career launched here
The academic rigour at this school is real. I struggled in first year but the foundation it gave me is the reason I am where I am today. Career services were helpful but you have to push for them. NYSC posting from this school is also competitive.
